2. Design

Once we’ve got a clear picture, we move into the design phase. Here, we map out ideas, develop processes, and gather the right equipment for your project. Since no two projects are alike, we use our industry expertise and live production experience to craft a one-of-a-kind solution tailored to you.

3. Purchase

When it comes to gear, we’ve got you covered! We’ve cultivated long-lasting relationships with hundreds of manufacturers (some of which have lasted for over 30 years) to ensure we get the best equipment at the best prices. Our team stays up-to-date on the latest industry trends and gear, ensuring your project benefits from cutting-edge solutions.

4. Installation

Now it’s time to make the magic happen! If necessary, we begin by removing existing equipment and rewiring in preparation for new equipment. Our team works hand-in-hand with contractors to tackle any challenges and make sure the installation is smooth, safe, and on schedule. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you in the loop, making sure everything’s on track and any last-minute changes are addressed.

5. Testing & Commissioning

Before we hand anything over, we put your system through a full round of testing to make sure everything works exactly as it should. We even check down to the cable specs and partner with manufacturers to get gear certified. That way, you can feel confident knowing your setup is ready to perform from day one.

6. System Overview

Your new system is ready to go! Before we wrap things up, we’ll make sure you feel confident using your new gear. Want hands-on training? No problem. We’ll even arrange training sessions directly with the manufacturers if you prefer!

7. Servicing

We don’t just install and disappear. We’re here for regular maintenance checks and speedy service whenever you need it to ensure your system continues performing like new, long after the installation. If there’s an issue, we can be onsite within 4 to 48 hours, and we’ll even provide backup gear from our production inventory to keep things running while we sort it out.
