Warehouse Technician

Role Overview
We are seeking reliable Warehouse Technicians to join our Parsippany warehouse team. You will be the backbone of our operations, handling equipment receiving, returns processing, inventory scanning, and order preparation. This entry-level role is designed to launch your career in AV and event production. High performers are encouraged to specialize into technical roles and grow into supervisory positions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Scan returning equipment into UBS R2 and verify physical condition upon receipt
Inspect equipment for damage and communicate issues to department supervisors
Assist in order fulfillment by retrieving, packing, and labeling equipment for shipment
Organize and maintain warehouse space, ensuring equipment is accessible and properly stored
Participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliation
Learn equipment types, handling protocols, and safety procedures
Support all departments (Video, Lighting, Audio, etc.) with general warehouse duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse or related experience preferred but not required
Willingness to learn about AV equipment and event production
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software
Technical Skills:
Ability to use basic scanning and computer systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
Ability to operate hand tools and forklifts (certification a plus)

Physical capability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
