Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in order fulfillment and returns by scanning assets into inventory control system

  • Support quality control inspections and maintain Equipment QC Logs

  • Organize, pack, and prepare video equipment for deployment to events

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on video equipment before and after events

  • Assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliation throughout the year

  • Support the Video QC Engineer and Video Department Supervisor with daily departmental tasks

  • Learn and apply best practices for video equipment handling and storage

  • Flag damaged or non-functional equipment and communicate issues to team leadership


Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with video equipment, AV systems, or warehouse operations

  • Basic knowledge of video equipment types (cameras, displays, cabling, power systems)

  • Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse operations

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Ability to learn UBS R2 or similar inventory management systems quickly

  • Ability to operate basic tools and equipment

  • Fabrication: Build and finish bespoke elements designed to beautify AV deployments, stage fascia, custom steps and truss covers.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all scenic elements meet aesthetic standards before shipping and perform routine maintenance on returning stock.

  • Inventory Control: Track, scan and manage hardware, fabrics and AV-Related Accessories.

  • Organization: Manage the logistics of “Non-Fab” items, Ensuring they are prepped for shows and correctly reconciled upon return to the warehouse.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Carpentry: Proven experience in scenic construction, including proficiency with power tools, adhesives and various finishes.

  • Software: Proficiency in UBS R2(or similar ERP Systems) is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Docs is preferred.

  • Detail Oriented: Ability to distinguish between technical components and maintain high organizational standards.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable shifting between a “builder” mindset and a “logistics” mindset

  • Forklift Certified is preferred

  • OSHA Knowledge is preferred
